  • I have lost my licensing information. How do I retrieve it?
     

    • To retrieve your product information, access your 2CO myAccount and go to the "My Products" section. You can find the license codes for your purchased products there.

      For some products, the delivery is done by the software manufacturer directly, not by 2Checkout. In these cases, please reach out to the manufacturer directly or contact 2Checkout at support@2checkout.com for assistance.
