TranscriptPro™ 3.0 for PC is complete, multi-case transcript management. TranscriptPro's productivity allows an attorney and his/her staff to completely manage, review, and work with standard deposition transcripts and Synchronized video transcripts, as well as create Synchronized video transcripts.
Organize. You can set up a case(s) and add transcripts both video and non-video as litigation progresses.
Search. You can use our advanced search functionality to find words or phrases and they are automatically saved in our search tab. You may export these search results to a CSV file and import into other case management software.
High Definition Video Editing. You can now easily edit video depositions to create individual clips for use in ExhibitView PC, iPad or PowerPoint. You can also export a series of “clips” as a complete edited video.
Issues. Easily set up issues (aka Bookmarks) and use them as “bookmarks” to identify important testimony. You can then export a list of all your Bookmarks/Issues for further review.
TextPad. A new word processor called TextPad is now available to create outlines, demand letters and anything you would normally use any word processor for. With added value "quick copy" testimony into a document, templates, hyperlinks. This is a very exciting element to TranscriptPro
Synchronize in High Definition. Users now synchronize their own video depositions. Add a text file, and audio/video files and manually time stamp a portion or a complete deposition.
